Rules and conditions for you who are interested in renting a minibus.
You are free to use the minibus both inside and outside of Sweden after signing the agreement. GPS and stereo is always included. Free mileage is included within Sweden.
A copy of the agreement should always be in the glove compartment.
Minibussen.com will provide you with a clean and fully operational minibus according to law.
The hirer is responsible for any fines or other costs arising from parking or traffic offence during the rental period.
 Where do I pick up the bus?
 The pick-up and drop-off is at:
Brunnsallen 181, 256 57 Ramlösa.
How and when can I pay?
The rent is paid when you pick up the minibus, either using Swish or invoice.
Do I need a special drivers license for driving your minibuses?
You only need a standard drivers licence.
What about insurance?
Minibussen.com offers excess insurance for car hire. For driving in Sweden you pay 300 SEK and for driving outside of Sweden 500 SEK.
Is there a minimum age?
Minimum age for drivers is normally 19 years.
How long should I have had my driving license?
Minimum is one year.
Do I need to pay mileage?
No, the tank is full when you pick up the bus and we want the tank to be full when we get it back.
How much can I load?
Maximum cargo load is 750 kg.
Can I smoke in your bus?
No, all our cars are smoke-free.
What if I change my mind?
You may cancel your rental up to the day before departure without any
cost. Cancellation within 48 hours are charged with 500 SEK.
The cancellation shall be made by telephone or e-mail.
